Court links for Mandatory Plan and Instructions
If clicking the button for the Plan shows a "Please wait..." message it is probably because your browser is not using Adobe to open the pdf. Go to www.ohsb.uscourts.gov, left click on (or hover over) Rules and Forms and right click on "Mandatory Chapter 13 Form Plans" then right click on "Mandatory Chapter 13 Form Plan" link to download without opening in browser.
You can also Right click on the button below and select "Save link as..." to download. MUST OPEN WITH ADOBE TO USE
